Founded in 1942, Cooperativa Agropecuaria de Tandil Ltda, known as Coopagro , is a benchmark in the province of buenos aires and in the national cooperative ecosystem. It currentlyhas more than 500 members, 12 branches and 8 business units, and its main activities range from the collection and marketing of grains and oilseeds, the sale of agricultural inputs, toagroindustrial development through its three feed mills and a corn mill that produces its own line of snacks.
In 2000 the Cooperative contracted BIT and soon began using the Agrobit platform to support its rapidly growing operations, Coopagro embarked on a digital transformation process to replace siloed systems with a single, uniform and reliable centralized solution. Now, integrated enterprise-wide processes and access to key information are helping Coopagro improve operational efficiency and accelerate decision-making processes.
